Remarks: State office has records since 1640. Copies of records may be obtained from State office or from City or Town Clerk in place where event occurred or the license was registered. Recent records (birth since 1988, death since 1990, and marriage since 1989) may be obtained from ANY City or Town running the Vital Records Automated software called NHVRIN.

Additional copies ordered at the same time are $8.00 each.
